Expect trouble about util-linux split

Hi,

The util-linux package underwent a major split (including a version
update) and I expect a day or two to pass before the situation settled
especially as the build service will get a lot of load.

This can result in suprising failures about "missing binaries" or
unresolvable. Bear with me and just trigger rebuilds of such failures.

Hi Stephan,

That this happens with Factory itself, is understandable. But I am surprised
that it also affects Factory snapshot. If these changes are directly
reflected also in snapshot, why do we still have snapshot ?
