13.2 freeze

Hi,

We don't have an official roadmap for 13.2, but the experimental roadmap
I made has a Beta1 release on September 18th.

This means by September 15th everything has to be gone through staging
projects - and the bigger the changes you plan, the earlier you should
submit it (yes, I look at you artwork guys :).

For reference this is 13.1 roadmap translated to 13.2, so you have an
idea: http://stephan.kulow.org/opensuse_13.2/

There will be many things different this time though - for one we're
already having 13.2 staging prjs prepared, so we don't regress between
factory and 13.2
